An audit of their marketing communications, with top line recommendations on how to increase awareness of their offer, and translate activity into engagement and sales. Key recommendations included: focussing on “push communications” i.e. investment in a new contacts database, adoption of targeted e fliers as a key channel, and an events programme to feedback research findings to established clients and “hot prospects”.
