The brief

To kick start the London home insulation market, to work with British Gas to offer heavily discounted home insulation, with the aim of reducing London’s CO2 emissions.

The solution

This campaign combined awareness raising PR and advertising to change people's perception of home insulation as expensive, supported with sophisticated direct mail using three data sets to target the offer to people who owned a home suitable for loft insulation and had “green “ values to convert campaign awareness into sales.
